Your complimentary discovery call lasts approximately thirty minutes. During this time we will discuss your current business situation, the challenges you are facing and what you hope to achieve through coaching. There is absolutely no obligation — the call is designed to help both of us determine whether we are a good fit for each other. If we decide to move forward, we will outline a tailored coaching programme and provide a clear proposal within forty-eight hours.
Most clients begin with a twelve-week programme that includes fortnightly ninety-minute coaching sessions, either in person at our North Sebastianchester studio or via video call. Between sessions you will complete structured reflection exercises and action items. Your coach is also available for brief check-ins via email or voice message throughout the week. At the end of the twelve weeks we conduct a comprehensive review and, if appropriate, design a continuation programme.
Absolutely. While our office is based in North Sebastianchester, we work with clients across Australia and internationally via secure video conferencing. Time-zone differences are rarely an issue — we are flexible with scheduling and can accommodate early-morning or evening sessions to suit your location. Several of our most successful engagements have been conducted entirely online.
Our pricing varies depending on the scope and duration of the engagement. Individual executive coaching typically starts from $2,400 plus GST for a twelve-week programme, while team workshops and strategic planning intensives are quoted on a project basis. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees — you will receive a detailed proposal after your discovery call so you can make an informed decision.
